Around £70,000 + bonus + stock options
Access to Central London HQ
Now eight years post UK national launch, our client is a true scale-up FMCG business with significant backing as a subsidiary to a major European natural medicines Organisation.
In the business of consumer health & wellness categories, ranging CBD, mineral supplements, TRT, and GLP1’s, this private enterprise, led by an impressive Board of Directors, is in ‘the race to the top’ in a high growth sector that is transforming consumer lives throughout the world, quite literally.
With the combination of newly created listed brands, a 15 strong organisation now in place, and the added complexity of integrating recent innovations, the opportunity in this truly revolutionary category is second to none for an ambitious Supply Chain Professional.
About the Role
We need a qualified SC leader to spearhead a hybrid (supply chain, procurement, and NPD too) function currently in place. This mix of roles means you’ll manage a pipeline of projects finding new uncharted territory by imagining the world of possibilities for various ideas and products. While managing various innovations, you’ll love the idea of a hands-on approach to the all-important execution of day-to-day supply/demand optimization into UK grocery, health & beauty retail, and pureplay online trade channels.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
