Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why Join?

Supply Chain and ERP professionals help organisations improve operational efficiency, optimise logistics, and streamline business processes. However, many candidates struggle to demonstrate practical experience when applying for operations, supply chain, and ERP-related roles.

This placement helps bridge that gap by providing hands-on exposure to supply chain management, ERP systems, inventory optimisation, procurement processes, logistics planning, and business process improvement through realistic business scenarios and industry-led mentoring.

You will build practical operational skills, create portfolio-ready projects, and develop the confidence needed for careers as a Supply Chain Analyst, ERP Consultant, Operations Analyst, Procurement Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, Business Process Analyst, or Operations Consultant in the UK job market.

You will not be working for the company or replacing paid employees. This unpaid programme is focused on learning, skill development, mentoring, and gaining valuable UK work experience.
