Supply Chain Service Executive – Fixed Term Contract (9 Months)
Location: East Kilbride
At Müller, we deliver delicious, nutritious products to millions of households daily. Join our Customer Operations team as a Supply Chain Service Executive and help drive best-in-class customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing customer orders in SAP and AS400, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Acting as a key contact for customers and Supply Chain partners, resolving queries and service issues
- Owning service-level reporting and proactively identifying/addressing performance trends
- Maintaining accurate customer data and communicating updates company-wide
- Supporting cross-functional meetings and collaborating with teams to improve service delivery
- Developing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and excellence

What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in supply chain or customer service, with strong Excel skills ✅ A confident communicator with a sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset ✅ Ability to manage priorities, resolve problems, and work under tight deadlines ✅ A team player who takes ownership and builds strong relationships 🔹 Desirable: Experience with SAP, AS400, or Cognos—knowledge of FMCG supply chains is a bonus
