Supply Chain Executive
Supplements/wellness 🌿
Location: Hybrid/North London (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) Salary: £35,000 - £41,000 + shares
Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing wellness challenger brand to hire a Supply Chain Executive, following phenomenal early success and rapid community growth. The business is now entering an exciting new scale-up phase, with ambitious plans to expand both its product portfolio and global reach.
They are now looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Supply Chain Executive to work directly alongside the founders, helping drive the day-to-day operations of a high-growth ecommerce business.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants broad exposure across supply chain, inventory, product launches and operational strategy, with huge ownership from day one.
What will you be doing?
- Managing day-to-day communication with 3PL partners and suppliers
- Coordinating inventory, deliveries and stock forecasting to support business growth
- Supporting supplier and manufacturer sourcing, building strong operational partnerships
- Assisting with new product launches from sourcing through to production
- Tracking product costs, operational spend and identifying margin opportunities
- Helping build scalable systems, processes and AI-driven operational efficiencies
- Partnering with marketing teams to prepare operationally for launches and promotions
- Working closely with customer service and internal teams to communicate operational updates
- Supporting the founders across wider business operations in a fast-paced environment

Who are we looking for?
- 1-2 years’ experience within operations, ecommerce or supply chain
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with data
- Naturally proactive, resourceful and eager to learn
- Comfortable working within a fast-moving startup or challenger brand environment
- Strong interest in AI tools and automation, with a mindset focused on efficiency and improvement
- A collaborative communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and taking ownership
- Passionate about building meaningful consumer brands and scaling operations
