About the Role
As the Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you will collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager (Procurement) and Procurement Finance Business Partner while contributing across Supply Chain Finance. Core responsibilities include:
- Controls, accounting, and governance for Prime cost accounting (covering GB & Ireland).
- Month-end close support and balanced sheet reconciliations.
- Ensuring transfer pricing accuracy and assisting in standard costing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial controls in Supply Chain Finance, ensuring documented, consistent processes.
- Improve key processes, including:
- Standard Costing
- Transfer Pricing
- Supply Chain Process Accounting
- Month-End Close
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Support monthly financial reporting, including:
- Journal postings
- Accruals & reconciliations
- Variance analysis
- Collaborate on budgeting & forecasting, providing financial analysis and identifying risks.
- Calculate and monitor product, co-packed item, and new-product standard costs for transfer pricing.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to drive performance insights.
- Enhance operational efficiency and financial reporting quality.
- Build strong alliances with FP&A & Supply Chain Finance teams.
- Provide audit/compliance support and risk management advice.
- Cover for the Procurement Finance Business Partner as needed.
- Share relevant insights on ad-hoc projects & initiatives.
- Foster personal development in technical accounting and supply chain knowledge.

Experience & Key Attributes
- Previous experience in finance/accounting with expertise in:
- Cost control
- Financial reporting & analysis Ideally within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or FMCG.
- Technical accounting proficiency:
- Month-end close (journals & P&L analysis)
- Accruals & reconciliations
- Qualification or experience:
- ACCA-qualified, part-qualified, or studying toward ACCA.
- Equivalent recognised qualification.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and manipulation.
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, independent, and accountable.
- Strong communication, able to present financial data clearly.
- Proactive problem-solvor with a drive to challenge and resolve issues.
