Harrods Supply Chain Graduate Programme – Now Open!
We are thrilled to announce our Harrods Supply Chain Graduate programme is now open, offering a unique and insightful window for a talented individual to kickstart their career in the world of Supply Chain.
About The Role
You will embark on a transformative journey, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the supply chain ecosystem. Within this ongoing development in your understanding, you will:
- Collaborate with seasoned professionals
- Engage in challenging projects whilst receiving ongoing support
- Develop a well-rounded skill set
The Programme
The Supply Chain Graduate programme is 12 months long (from September 2026), structured into 3 rotations:
- Retail Supply Chain Distribution
Through these placements (primarily within Stock Operations and Supply Chain teams), you’ll witness and contribute to the complete life cycle of Harrods’ Supply Chain function, covering:
- Receiving stock in our Thatcham Distribution Centre
- Cosignment through to retail operations
- Selling to our customers in our world-famous Knightsbridge store
This includes:
- Practical, on-the-job experience
- Engagement with the leadership team
- Support in delivering key projects
Location:
- Primarily based in Knightsbridge
- Regular travel to:
- Hammersmith
- Thatcham, Berkshire (home to our distribution centre)

Working hours: Variable, contingent upon rotation; expect to work any five days between Sunday and Saturday, within hours of 7am to 11pm.
About You
We are looking for a graduate who has completed their degree within the last 2 years. Your profile should include:
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork focus
- Ability to work both independently and under direction
- Keenness to network
Additional assets:
- A good understanding of supply chain and retail
- Insights into the economy, retail business, or luxury goods sector
- Sympathy with Harrods’ ethos and client experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree requirements:
- Achieved a minimum 2:1 degree or above (preferably supply chain related, though not strictly essential)
- Essential competencies:
- Analytical capabilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Technical skills:
- Proficiency with PC systems, e.g. Microsoft Office
- Soft skills:
- Strong organisation
- Interpersonal communication
- Time management mastery
- Willingness to multi-task
- Motivation:
- A keen interest in supply chain or luxury goods
