Job Description
As a Supply Chain Information Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in optimising Microchip’s end-to-end supply chain performance. This role offers an ambitious analytical professional the chance to make a meaningful impact in a globally connected position influencing strategic decisions.
- Analyse complex supply chain data to deliver insights that improve inventory, delivery performance, quality, and cost
- Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting using advanced data extraction and visualisation tools
- Provide visibility across inventory, revenue, SIOP, delivery, and customer metrics using large datasets and data warehouses
- Support planning and operations through ERP/MRP systems, enabling effective scheduling, WIP tracking, and inventory control
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
- Contribute to the implementation and adoption of new tools, including automation and AI-enabled planning solutions
- Represent the Global Supply Chain Metrics team in meetings and support training on tools and reporting solutions

Requirements/Qualifications
- 3-4 years’ experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or a related analytical role
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, STEM, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience using Tableau and SQL databases
- Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals within a complex operational environment
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively with global stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft AX or similar) and graph databases is a strong advantage
