We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our busy and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working collaboratively with clients, suppliers, and operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery and strong supply chain performance.
About The Role
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing subcontractor activity across reactive and planned maintenance works, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, performance targets, and customer expectations. You will play a key role in coordinating suppliers, monitoring KPIs, managing financial processes, and continuously improving the efficiency of supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor attendance for reactive and planned works, ensuring the best balance of cost, location, capability, availability, and contractual compliance.
- Monitor service performance through KPI reporting, data analysis, and work order tracking, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Manage supply chain administration including purchase orders, invoice processing, job updates, documentation, and compliance with contractual, statutory, and mandatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, operational teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service.
- Proactively manage risks, escalate issues where required, support subcontractor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Supply Chain function.
What You'll Bring
Essential
- Previous experience in a coordination, administration, scheduling, or supply chain support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good analytical and reporting skills with experience interpreting operational data.
- Strong IT skills and experience using business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.

Desirable
- Experience within Facilities Management, Engineering, Maintenance, or a service-led environment.
- Experience working with subcontractors and supplier management processes.
- Knowledge of purchase order and invoice management procedures.
- Experience working against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual performance measures.
- Familiarity with CAFM or work management systems.
