Role Overview

This role sits within Client Sales & Insights and supports the Supply Chain Knowledge Centre (SCKC), serving as a catalyst for supply chain clarity, capability building, and commercial impact across the business. The role exists to stay curious about emerging supply chain opportunities, seek clarity in complex data and solutions, and translate that insight into scalable knowledge, compelling storytelling, and actionable roadmaps.

Success in this role is defined by owning outcomes end-to-end—from strategy through execution—while centering on the client, collaborating across boundaries, and challenging current ways of working to elevate supply chain fluency, solution adoption, and revenue impact. The role also models inclusive leadership by investing in others, fostering trust, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Supply Chain Knowledge Center (SCKC) activities, demonstrating commercial ownership by identifying, influencing, and supporting revenue and growth opportunities through supply chain insights, solution adoption, and value-based storytelling aligned to client and business objectives demonstrating Stay Curious and Seek Clarity.
  • Clear communicator & engaging confidently with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority, building relationships to support supporting with queries and escalating appropriately demonstrating Commit to Each Other behaviours.
  • Proactively center on the client by translating supply chain capabilities into clear value narratives, solution adoption, and long-term partnerships through data-driven storytelling and executive-level communication – modelling Own the Outcome.
  • Champion innovation within supply chain analytics, partnering with the right teams to explore and implement AI-enabled enhancements that improve insight generation, efficiency, and decision-making—reflecting Stay Curious and Be a Challenger.
  • Use structured feedback and stakeholder input to continuously improve SCKC offerings, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to business needs—modelling Own the Outcome and Centre on the Client.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ year experience working in Supply Chain
  • People skills and building strong relationships with internal clients
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to influence without authority across internal teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work off own initiative
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrate experience leveraging data to support client outcomes
  • Ability to use quantitative data to show measurable results
  • Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills
