Southampton, Store Support Office

We believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. From our Southampton Store Support office (SSO) we equip our stores, our people, and our whole business with everything it takes to help our millions of customers create a home they’ll love. Join us as a Supply Chain & Logistics Insights Analyst and you’ll be a big part of this.

Behind every project, purchase and customer interaction there is a wealth of data that helps us understand what our customers need, what inspires them, and how we can create even better experiences.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Insights Analyst to join our growing Analytics & Data Science team at an exciting time. Data is playing an increasingly important role across our operations, helping to optimise performance, improve efficiency, and support smarter decision-making across supply chain and logistics.

If you’re naturally curious, passionate about solving operational problems, and enjoy turning complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, we’d love to hear from you.

What's the job?

The wider Analytics & Data Science team is growing to support more areas of the business. As part of this, we’re creating new analyst roles focused on Supply Chain & Logistics. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand real business challenges, translate them into analytical problems, and deliver insight that drives measurable impact - whether that’s improving availability, optimising stock flow, or enhancing operational efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
