Earn While You Learn
This programme integrates a BSc (Hons) in Supply Chain Management with Aston University, beginning in September 2026. Throughout the four-year programme, you will attend Aston University while continuing to gain practical experience at Kite.
Kite Packaging Will Fully Fund

Location:
Kite Packaging operates in nine locations across the UK, however the apprentice position is located at our state-of-the-art facility in Coventry.

Key Skills And Essential Experience
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 5 GCSE’s with a minimum Grade 6 (B Grade) in Maths and English Language
- 112 UCAS points
- Have confidence in their abilities and be able to easily create a rapport with others
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Have a full UK driver’s licence
You must have a desire to work in a supply chain environment and we want to see your ambition, initiative, enthusiasm and talent!
Salary
All successful candidates will be provided with starting basic salary of £20,000, rising to £28,000 over the programme.
Benefits
- Holidays 22 days per year rising by 1 each year to 25, including an option to buy or sell a maximum of 3 days, plus statutory holidays.
- Pension
- The option to become a shareholder in the business after 6 months employment
- After 6 months a range of benefits: life insurance, cycle to work and optional healthcare scheme
- A BSc. (Hons.) degree qualification on completion
