Behind the scenes a reliable, efficient, and sustainable supply chain ensure we are ready to deliver for our guests, we are now looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Support team based at our Office in Fitzrovia.
This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain, ensuring our restaurants receive the right products, at the right time, every time. You'll play a key role in balancing quality, cost, service, and sustainability while supporting the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading and optimise Bill's end-to-end supply chain performance, working with the Head of Purchasing and Supply Chain.

Deliver against quality, service, cost, and sustainability objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, resilience, and consistency across the business.
Supplier & Distribution Management
Develop strong relationships with suppliers and distribution partners.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure KPI compliance.
Manage supplier delivery schedules and communicate operational changes effectively.
Source and onboard new suppliers to support innovation and business continuity.
Product Availability & Operational Excellence
Manage forecasting, demand planning, and supply requirements across food and beverage categories.
Ensure consistent product availability across all restaurants.
Resolve supply chain issues quickly and proactively.
Develop contingency plans to minimise operational disruption.
Commercial Performance
Drive cost efficiencies while protecting quality and guest experience.
Monitor key cost drivers including food, logistics, and supplier pricing.
Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Food & Beverage Development to support menu launches and product changes.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Logistics within Hospitality, Food Service, retail, or FMCG.
Strong forecasting, inventory management, and demand planning expertise.
Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
