Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday (hybrid working available)
  • Holidays: 25 days per annum

About the Role

In this Supply Chain Manager position, you’ll contribute to the design, planning, and execution of our fast-moving, global supply chain. This role requires a systems-oriented thinker with a strong analytical background to not only execute processes but continuously refine and improve them.

Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate forecasts while managing exception reports and analysing discrepancies.
  • Work with NPD (New Product Development), discontinuations, and marketing initiatives to adjust forecasts.
  • Support the Open-To-Buy process with the Senior Supply Chain Management team.

Replenishment System

  • Review, refine, and optimise purchasing parameters across all product ranges.
  • Maintain NetSuite and NetStock systems to ensure upward accuracy.

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

  • Verify scheduled purchase orders and ensure compliance with bespoke customer requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm production timelines and shipping dates.
  • Align with Customer Service and Sales teams to prioritise needs.

Supplier Management

  • Collaborate with overseas suppliers and the Buster + Punch China team for pilot and purchase orders.
  • Review lead times, understand minimum order quantities (MOQ), and maintain lean supply chain practices.
  • Proactively resolve operational issues such as capacity constraints, machine downtime, or resource fluctuations.

Shipping & Distribution

  • Optimise use of sea freight preferences.
  • Track and update ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) against service level agreements (SLAs).

Stock Holding Management

  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts for high-velocity products.
  • Manage surplus or obsolete stock, developing plans to liquidate unsold items.

Performance Management

  • Track and address daily and weekly KPIs and dashboard exceptions.
  • Develop and produce supply chain KPI reports and metrics.

  • Proficiency in extrapolating and interpreting large datasets

Work Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years of supply chain management experience within fast-paced, high-volume retail or manufacturing environments
  • Experience collaborating with Product Development teams for new product launches
  • Ideally, familiar with supplying in Asia, India, or Europe

Education & Qualifications

  • A degree is preferred but not essential
  • GCSEs in Maths and English are required

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel overseas as required.
