Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager

About Gravitiq Gravitiq is a consumer brand group that builds and scales health, wellness, and beauty brands into profitable omnichannel category leaders.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and coordinate the operational delivery of our supply chain, ensuring products are consistently available across all channels—from e-commerce to major retail partners.

This role will drive demand planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, and retail fulfilment while working collaboratively with teams across production, new product launches, and third-party logistics (3PL).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Supply Chain Operations for Skincare Portfolios

    • Oversee end-to-end supply chain for fast-growing skincare brands, expanding from e-commerce into major retail channels.
    • Ensure consistent product availability through demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and fulfilment.
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting

    • Drive demand planning aligned with sales, marketing, and product launch forecasts.
    • Build multi-channel forecasts for e-commerce, Amazon, and retail (e.g., Costco, Walmart, Target, Sephora).
    • Monitor sales trends to proactively mitigate supply risks and adjust inventory levels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
