Supply Chain Manager – Beauty / Wellness

A disruptive brand activator creating new routes to market for beauty businesses beyond traditional retail and digital channels. Supporting the Head of Operations, this pivotal role will play a key part in the business as it continues to automate processes, improve operational efficiency, and support ongoing growth.
This role requires a candidate with experience in the Beauty, Wellness, or FMCG sector, as well as a strong background in demand planning, consolidating warehousing processes, and automating systems and workflows.

The successful candidate must be based in the UK and be willing to work onsite for the first three months.

What will you do as a Supply Chain Manager
- Manage a team of 5 in Operations and Customer service
- Consolidate UK warehouse and automate processes
- Responsible for end to end supply chain across 4 companies
- Demand Planning and sales forecasting
- Manage Freight forwarders and 3PL partners
- Overseeing 2 international warehousing maintaining stock levels

What will you need to be a Supply Chain Manager
- Solid understanding of S&OP meetings and managing 1,000+ SKUs
- Happy to be based onsite for the first 3 months
- Must have experience in Beauty, Wellness or FMCG - essential
- Solid knowledge and experience in freight forwarder management
- Proficient in Excel and SAP
