Supply Chain Manager – Beauty / Wellness

London Hybrid

£65,000 to £75,000

Company Profile

A disruptive brand activator creating new routes to market for beauty businesses beyond traditional retail and digital channels. Supporting the Head of Operations, this pivotal role will play a key part in the business as it continues to automate processes, improve operational efficiency, and support ongoing growth.

This role requires a candidate with experience in the Beauty, Wellness, or FMCG sector, as well as a strong background in demand planning, consolidating warehousing processes, and automating systems and workflows.

What will you do as a Supply Chain Manager

  • Manage a team of 5 in Operations and Customer service
  • Consolidate UK warehouse and automate processes
  • Responsible for end to end supply chain across 4 companies
  • Demand Planning and sales forecasting
  • Manage Freight forwarders and 3PL partners
  • Overseeing 2 international warehousing maintaining stock levels

What will you need to be a Supply Chain Manager

  • Solid understanding of S&OP meetings and managing 1,000+ SKUs
  • Happy to be based onsite for the first 3 months
  • Must have experience in Beauty, Wellness or FMCG - essential
  • Solid knowledge and experience in freight forwarder management
  • Proficient in Excel and SAP
