We are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager EMEA to take overall strategic responsibility for supply chain performance across the region. This is a high-impact role for an experienced supply chain professional who thrives on driving transformation, leading complex projects and creating synergies across multiple countries and operations. While the position has no direct reports, you will lead through expertise, collaboration and project execution, working closely with Managing Directors, Operations leaders, and Supply Chain teams across the region. Success in this role comes from your ability to drive change, build alignment and deliver tangible business results in a complex, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

  • Develop and execute the EMEA supply chain strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the EMEA organization.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the regional supply chain footprint, processes and performance.

Supply Chain Optimization & Major Projects

  • Lead major supply chain initiatives, including warehouse network optimization, location strategy, capacity planning, and consolidation opportunities.
  • Drive improvements in inventory management, warehouse operations, planning processes, and transportation efficiency.
  • Implement and support best-practice supply chain processes, including initiatives such as VMI, EDI and automated planning solutions.
  • Support and drive the implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes across the region.

Operational Excellence

  • Support EMEA sites in achieving supply chain excellence through:
    • Warehouse management improvements (safety, visual management, KPIs, layout, automation, and efficiency).
    • Inventory optimization, including DSI reduction and ABC classification methodologies.
    • Planning and ordering process improvements.
    • Freight and logistics optimization initiatives.
    • Cost reduction and customer service improvement projects driven by data and KPIs.

Systems, Governance & Compliance

  • Support and, where appropriate, own the supply chain process within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for EMEA.
  • Collaborate with global supply chain peers to share and implement best practices.
  • Drive harmonization of processes, standards, and documentation across the region.
  • Conduct risk assessments and warehouse audits.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in supply chain leadership, operations excellence or major transformation projects within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering supply chain improvements, including cost optimization, inventory reduction, warehouse and logistics efficiency and process standardization.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and operational performance metrics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems and digital supply chain solutions; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in international and multicultural environments.
  • Fluent in English.

Location & Travel

This role can be based in Stockholm or Trosa (Sweden), Reinfeld (Germany) or any major Camfil factory in EMEA, preferably close to an airport (Haslingden (UK), Chomutov (Czech Republic), etc.)
