DCK is one of the world's leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands such as River Island, M&S, Tesco, Matalan to name a few. We have over 25 years’ experience in fashion jewellery. We are experts in designing, developing and trading in accessories, working with a wide range of partners and selling directly to consumers.
Role
We are currently recruiting for an Supply Chain & Operations Assistant to work in our Billericay office on a part time (4 days per week) basis. This is a 12 month FTC maternity cover role.

Role Purpose
To provide accurate admin support to the Supply Chain Operations and Logistics team, contributing towards the smooth operations of the Supply Chain and Logistics team and become a competent systems user, ensuring timely and accurate input of data into DCK systems.

Main Tasks and responsibilities
Logistics
- Invoice checking and resolution of queries
- Monitoring of supplier shipments logged on WFX
- Creation of inbound shipments in Netsuite and updating of New Live Shipping document in the G Drive
- Order amendments as required to ensure accurate details at point of shipping or bulk amendments as required to support the wider business
- Loading Credits/fines into Netsuite accurately and in a timely manner
Quality Control
- Entering testing data from WFX on host required sheets as required
- Chasing testing samples are sent to test house as directed from testing log / chasing results from test house and updating testing log
- Maintaining product data records (technical files)
- Product QC & inspection in DC in line with deliveries
- Updating Netsuite / Waer post QC inspection to release stock for allocation
- Maintaining Sedex reports/chasing in CAP’s audit reports according to schedule
- Basic understanding of compliance risks and processes, escalating any potential issues

Supplier Management
- Managing supplier wide communications as directed
- Ensure that supplier contracts and documents are kept up to date and amended as requested
- Contribute to supplier KPI monitoring, highlighting any patterns or concerns
- Attend the weekly Supply Chain Operations team meeting, contributing ideas and learnings
- Add packaging products to Base Components section on WFX as required
- Run reports from WFX or Netsuite as requested
Ad-hoc
- Support with onboarding new suppliers as and when required
- Support with on-boarding of new brands where required
- Support with new business opportunities as and when required
Skills, experience, and qualifications
- Proficient in Office 365, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Attention to Detail
- Organisation
- Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
- Previous Administration Experience Desirable
- Knowledge of WFX, Netsuite and or Waer is Desirable
