We are a fast-growing DTC supplement brand doing multiple 7 figures a month and on pace for $50M in revenue this year. We believe health should be something you genuinely look forward to every day, powered by the purest and most effective ingredients your body can actually absorb. Our vision is to be in every major retailer across the US alongside the biggest names in the category. We move with speed, a team full of A players, and we are building something generational.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Supply Chain and Operations Manager to own end-to-end fulfillment execution and quality control across our manufacturing coordination, inventory management, and 3PL operations. You will serve as the operational backbone between our manufacturers, fulfillment partners, customer success team, and leadership, ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency as we continue to scale.

Your Mission: Every stock-out, delayed shipment, or fulfillment error is a brand problem. Your job is to make sure none of them happen.

What You’ll Do

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

  • Own inventory forecasting across all SKUs and make sure we never run out of stock
  • Monitor inventory levels daily and surface risks before they become problems
  • Work directly with manufacturing partners to ensure products meet our quality, compliance, and specification standards
  • Track production schedules, purchase orders, and inbound shipments end to end
  • Drive continuous improvement with manufacturing partners to lift quality, consistency, and throughput
  • Partner with customer success on replacements, exceptions, and post-delivery resolution

3PL Management & SOP Ownership

  • Primary owner of 3PL performance across fulfillment, returns, and outbound shipping
  • Develop, document, and enforce detailed SOPs covering all logistics workflows including returns and exception handling
  • Train and onboard fulfillment partners to our standards, create training materials and playbooks
  • Hold partners accountable to SLAs and quality benchmarks without exception

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

Non-Negotiable

  • End-to-end ownership credentials. You have personally owned inventory forecasting, supplier coordination, and fulfillment operations at meaningful scale. If you cannot make that case specifically, this is not your role.
  • Manufacturing plus 3PL plus customer-facing experience. You have managed the full logistics cycle across all three at once, not just one.
  • SOP discipline. Hands-on experience building, training, and enforcing SOPs with 3PL partners across inventory, shipping, and returns.
  • Data-driven. You drive performance and accountability with operational data and reporting, not gut feel.
  • AI-native. Familiarity with AI or automation tools applied to logistics, inventory, or operations workflows.
  • Builder mindset. Comfortable with ambiguity, fast decision-making, and shaping the playbook rather than inheriting one.
  • Strong written English for SOPs, reporting, and stakeholder communication across global teams.
