We have a great opportunity to join our friendly and outgoing supply chain team within Arag initially on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Supply Chain Team manages all our Claims Suppliers and plays a key role in delivering outstanding service to both customers and business partners.
The Supply Chain Partner will be accountable for ARAGs supplier strategy; managing a number of relationships to ensure that they provide exceptional service and deliver value of money. You will build strong, positive supplier partnerships and drive continuous improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring our suppliers deliver their contractual obligations Implementing and delivering a structured governance programme, focused on customer service oversight and managing indemnity expenditure. Utilise Management Information to understand under and over performance Managing strategic supplier relationships & developing Business Partner relationships collaboratively and in line with our corporate values, to build, maintain and grow close working relationships Work with proposition development to further enhance our proposition and stay relevant in the market

About You As an experienced professional in supply chain management you will have: Experience of working within a supplier management, procurement and/or claims environment Experience in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with strategic and Tier 1 Business Partners. Have experience of working within a regulated environment with a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, applicable law and industry codes of practice. Understanding negotiation skills whilst maintaining a collaborative approach to suppliers. Ability to take ownership of own workload to achieve goals and objectives with particular focus on detail and demonstrating capacity to drive tasks to conclusion. Ability to demonstrate detailed understanding of outsourcing risks and controls. Able to demonstrate strong influencing skills in order to hold suppliers accountable for delivering high quality performance against challenging KPIs and SLAs and manage Business Partner expectations. Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate across a range of stakeholder groups at senior management levels. •Highly competent in all Microsoft business applications and have an aptitude for collating and analysing information.
