⏰ Full time, Permanent
£35,000 per annum plus an amazing benefits package!
Join our Strategic Workforce team and play a key role in supporting the efficient and compliant management of our supply chain operations. As a Supply Chain Partner, you'll work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure processes run smoothly, accurately and efficiently.

We support healthcare professionals to work flexibly, ensuring vital shift cover that helps maintain patient safety. Working in partnership with our clients, we help reduce agency spend, strengthen governance, and enhance flexible workforce models.
💡 About the Role
- Manage supplier onboarding activities, including documentation, compliance checks and onboarding tracking.
- Maintain supplier records, system updates, contract extensions and access permissions across supply chain systems.
- Act as a first point of contact for supplier queries, providing excellent support and escalating issues when required.
- Support governance, reporting and supplier communications, ensuring compliance standards are consistently met.

📚 Experience We're Looking For
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, supplier management or customer service role.
- Experience maintaining accurate records, trackers and data systems.
- Experience communicating with a range of stakeholders and resolving queries professionally.
- Experience working within processes, governance frameworks or compliance-focused environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
