Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Regional Supply Chain Planner to join our Slough, Berkshire team. Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the execution of production, material, and capacity plans, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and operations while leveraging ERP systems for planning accuracy and efficiency.

This role is ideal for a supply chain professional with analytical expertise, planning acumen, and a commitment to continuous improvement, offering impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in ERP systems.
  • Manage planned order releases and production signals based on business requirements.
  • Support production schedule smoothing and stability.
  • Own the Stock Transfer Order (STO) process, from creation to receipt.
  • Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and operations teams to resolve material and supply misalignments.
  • Identify, investigate, and escalate data and system inconsistencies.
  • Provide planning data and insights for capacity reviews and scenario planning.
  • Assist in problem-solving and corrective action implementation.
  • Maintain, document, and audit supply chain planning processes and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Understanding of MRP, MPS, and core supply chain planning principles.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to data accuracy and detail.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholders.
