Key Responsibilities
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, third-party suppliers, and finished goods suppliers to align production and supply plans.
- Dynamic planning: Develop and maintain effective production and supply plans in a high-volume, made-to-order environment with frequent priority shifts.
- Data analysis & reporting: Analyse planning data and produce insightful reports to support senior leadership in making informed decisions.
- Demand management: Manage demand planning while remaining agile to customer requirements and operational changes.
- Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships across the business to ensure timely delivery, meet deadlines, and exceed customer expectations.

About You
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Planner with:
- Prior experience in planning, supply chain, or production planning roles.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivits Tables, and IF statements.
- Experience with ERP systems or planning software.
- Strong analytical ability, with the confidence to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across all business levels.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, ensuring you remain organised, efficient, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
