What You’ll Do
Bridging strategy and execution, your responsibilities include:

Supplier Sourcing & Procurement
- Lead Request for Information/Quotation (RFx) processes
- Evaluate Statements of Work, supplier proposals, and contract terms
- Negotiate and execute subcontracts to protect commercial/financial interests

Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Align suppliers’ delivery with programme goals and operational needs

Data & Compliance Management
- Maintain accurate ERP data and contract documentation
- Ensure compliance with procurement and supply chain protocols

Performance & Risk Mitigation
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues proactively
- Assess supply chain risks and apply best practices

- Drive initiatives in spend optimisation, forecasting, scheduling, and inventory management
- Contribute to evolving best practices across Northrop Grumman’s supply chain
What You’ll Bring
Essential
✅ Qualification/Experience: Degree, or equivalent professional experience, in supply chain, procurement, or a related field ✅ Supplier Management: Proven ability to build and manage strong supplier relationships ✅ Contract & Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating and managing subcontracts ✅ Supply Chain Knowledge: Familiarity with Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes and operational dynamics ✅ Technical Procurement: Experience procuring professional and technical services
Preferred
🔹 CIPS Certification: Recognition (current or working towards) of professional qualifications 🔹 Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of import/export controls, including US export regulations (if applicable)

Security Clearance
This role requires UK national status and the ability to gain/hold an SC-level UK Government security clearance.
