It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.

Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join SEPHORA UK as a Supply Chain Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract, leading a transformation programme that will help shape the future of our supply chain operations and support the next stage of our exciting growth journey.

Reporting to the UK Supply Chain Director, you will drive the delivery of a large-scale, business-critical programme spanning distribution centre operations, e-commerce fulfilment, automation, demand planning and third-party logistics partnerships. Acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners, you will ensure projects are delivered successfully, operationally embedded and scalable for future growth.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major supply chain transformation programme across the UK business.
  • Act as the key link between external logistics providers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple workstreams across distribution centre operations, e-commerce fulfilment, automation and demand planning.
  • Partner closely with DHL to deliver operational improvements and embed robust ways of working.
  • Oversee the implementation of automation solutions within our Coventry distribution centre.
  • Drive project governance, reporting, risk management and issue resolution, ensuring delivery against key milestones.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation and forecasting to ensure strong financial control.
  • Collaborate with Technology, HR, Category Management, Customer Care and Supply Chain teams to deliver project objectives.
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations and Head of Demand Planning to ensure operational readiness and business continuity.
  • Support future scalability by ensuring processes, systems and capabilities are designed for long-term growth.
  • Monitor project performance and provide clear updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all activity balances transformation goals with service excellence and operational performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
