A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing supplier source change projects that align with new product development and strategic initiatives. You will coordinate and manage all aspects of supply chain projects, from developing project scopes to defining resources and budgeting. Your ability to analyze supply chain patterns and their impact on business performance will be crucial as you lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors. Imagine being at the forefront of innovation, ensuring project completion while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the globe!

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • You will develop and coordinate comprehensive project plans, budget requirements, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
  • You will execute end-to-end supply chain processes, analyzing their impact on business performance.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors to drive project success.
  • You will monitor project risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • You will prepare project progress reports and present status updates to stakeholders, fostering transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is essential.
  • You hold a recognized certification in Project Management or are enrolled in a certification program that meets minimum criteria.
  • You possess a solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process and aerospace manufacturing methods.
  • With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, you have successfully managed complex projects in multidisciplinary settings.
  • Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to provide valuable feedback to functional managers regarding team members’ strengths and areas for improvement.
