Are you a supply chain resilience expert with a passion for safeguarding critical national capabilities?

We're seeking a Supply Chain Resilience SME to join a highly respected UK public body that plays a vital role in supporting national priorities, security, and resilience. In this senior specialist position, you will help ensure that critical materials, technologies, and services remain secure, reliable, and resilient in an increasingly complex global environment.

The Role

As the subject matter expert for supply chain resilience, you will:

  • Lead supply chain resilience strategies across complex technical and operational supply chains.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, dependencies, supplier concentration risks, and single points of failure.
  • Assess geopolitical, regulatory, cyber, and market-driven threats that could impact critical supply.
  • Develop mitigation strategies, alternative sourcing approaches, supplier assurance frameworks, and contingency plans.
  • Support procurement and commercial teams with supplier due diligence and risk-based decision making.
  • Lead response activities during supply chain disruptions and drive recovery planning.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, government bodies, industry partners, and specialist suppliers to strengthen resilience across critical national programmes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
