Job Description

Sysco has an opportunity for a Supply Chain Service Manager to join the Product Supply team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Service Team Manager, this role is responsible for driving end-to-end service improvements across our customer base. Working closely with Planning, Sales, Operations and external customers, you will identify service challenges, analyse performance trends and deliver sustainable solutions that enhance customer service and business performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and improving service levels across different sales channels. Using data and insight, you will investigate service issues, conduct root cause analysis and develop robust improvement plans that deliver long-term results. You will provide regular performance reporting, support service reviews with key stakeholders and lead discussions focused on improving operational performance. The role also involves working collaboratively with Sales teams and customers to agree service expectations, monitor contractual commitments and develop joint improvement initiatives where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Commercially minded professional with experience in supply chain, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of service performance and continuous improvement principles.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and drive meaningful change.
  • Experience working with both internal and external customers and building effective relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, manipulate and present data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ideally experience using systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
