Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Regional Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Slough, Berkshire.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager
- Supporting day-to-day supply chain execution across regional operations
- Collaboration with Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Logistics teams
- Ensuring efficient supply chain activities
- Maintaining data accuracy through meaningful reporting/analytics

This role blends operational coordination with data-driven decision-making—ideal for professionals who:
- Enjoys analysing performance, solving problems, and turning insights into actionable improvements
- Supports critical planning, dashboards, and supply chain optimisation
Responsibilities

Cross-functional coordination:
- Oversee order book management and Master Production Schedules (MPS)
- Collaborate with Planning/Procurement/Operations teams

Data & risk management:
- Analyse supply chain trends, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct root cause analysis for issues
- Escalate significant risks/exceptions

Technical & reporting duties:
- Develop/maintain Excel- and Power BI-based dashboards
- Ensure high data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems
- Resolve system inconsistencies

Process improvements:
- Support supply chain projects via analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Work with local teams to align materials with production schedules
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations
- Proven understanding of supply chain planning principles
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations
- Analytical skills, problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excel advanced expertise; Power BI a plus
- Strong communication/organisation skills
