Job Title: Supply Chain Key User
Segment / Business Unit: Petcare Nutrition Europe
Reporting To: End to End Planning Materials Performance and Process Expert
Contract Duration: 6 months
Job Purpose/Overview
The PNE Regional Key User Packs supports the packaging material planning team to work in accordance with the highest possible standard processes and assures the efficient use of related planning systems over the network. The role collaborates across plants and with commercial to support the implementation, training, testing, issue resolution, and functional improvements with the aim to maximize service level in line with cash & cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain greater understanding of the technical solution landscape, focusing on Maestro, SAP, and all PNE bespoke integrations.
- Support the extension of Maestro planning into all PNE Packaging sites.
- Test new systems functionality with the objective to avoid process failure and to potentially introduce the new functionality into standard business processes in order to move to the next level of best practice.
- Train business users (existing and new joiners) on standard business processes and supporting them with systems functionality.
- Support material planning team on root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving activities.
- Support business users by fixing issues or by escalating issues to the technical support team.
- Assess process and functional conformance for packaging material planning team and suggest actions for improvements where required.
- Owner of regional master data governance and reporting.
- Support regional non-quality cost reporting and reduction activity workstreams.
- Guide and coach planners on best methods to utilize Maestro more effectively.
- Lead continuous improvement action plans to support planning in line with the target operating model.
- Own personal capability growth to meet expected levels as defined for this role.

Context and Scope
As the first level technical support for the pack materials planners in the team, the role will address technical issues to ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly. In addition, the role will drive technical as well as planning process continuous improvement in collaboration with the End to End team to ensure the material planning team functions at the highest level.

Job Specifications / Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualifications
- University or technical college degree or proven knowledge through past business roles
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
Knowledge & Experience
- Solid background in supply chain processes and systems based on 3+ years of experience
- Practical experience with Kinaxis Maestro
- Practical experience with SAP is preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving capability
- Recognized ability to effectively share knowledge with others
