Role: Supply Chain Systems Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Package
Location: Huddersfield / Wigan (Can be based at multiple sites)
Elevation are excited to be partnering with one of the region’s leading employers in their search for an experienced Supply Chain Systems Manager to lead and optimise supply chain systems across two sites. You will take full ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 utilisation, process improvement, and data quality, ensuring the business operates efficiently, consistently, and in a system-driven way.

Duties:
- Map, analyse, and improve Plan–Source–Make–Deliver processes
- Optimise master data, MRP parameters, forecasting, and inventory control
- Standardise ways of working across multiple sites
- Act as the primary liaison between supply chain and IT for system improvements and upgrades
- Support end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
- Implement and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to teams on best-practice system usage
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data quality

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Experience in ERP or supply chain system implementation, preferably Dynamics 365
- Practical, solutions-focused approach with ability to implement improvements in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to standardise processes and improve system adoption
