Manager Level
Role Purpose
Lead and deliver Defence supply chain transformation programmes, helping clients improve planning, logistics, manufacturing, and technology-enabled operations. The role combines consulting, systems architecture, and client engagement within the Defence sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and integration of complex supply chain systems and architectures.
- Manage workstreams and support delivery of transformation programmes.
- Define system requirements, interfaces, data models, and technical designs.
- Advise Defence clients on technology solutions, integration, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development and thought leadership.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
- Defence sector experience and understanding of Defence supply chain challenges.
- Strong systems architecture, design, and integration experience in complex environments.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, data platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Experience leading technical workstreams or small project teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Desirable
- MODAF or Defence architecture framework knowledge.
- Cloud, microservices, containerisation, and cybersecurity experience.
- TOGAF or similar architecture certifications.
- Programme/project management experience.
- Bid and proposal development experience.
