Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher to provide high-quality classroom cover on a supply basis.
St Gregory's CofE Primary School would like to recruit an enthusiastic and high-quality person with vision and creativity, who enjoys working within a dynamic and committed staff. We believe that children only get one chance to experience childhood, and that they have an absolute right to the highest quality of education.
The successful candidate will deliver planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support pupils’ progress across the school.

Please note that this role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. If you currently work in a Pickwick Academy School, please nominate your current Headteacher. All gaps in employment must be accounted for and explained in the relevant section of the application form.
In accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) 2025 and our safer recruitment procedures, an online search will be carried out for all shortlisted candidates. This search will involve reviewing publicly available information to help assess a candidate’s suitability to work with children.
