About the Role

We’re always looking for great talent to help us deliver the next generation of beauty trends and improve lives. As a Supply Lead based in our Nottingham Support Office, you will:
- Deliver and implement our Supply Business Unit plans
- Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and aligned expectations
- Collaborate daily with suppliers, identifying opportunities to enhance relationships and generate operational/process efficiencies to improve joint KPIs
- Balance stock availability with working capital, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained
- Forecast and lead first-time setup for business activities such as:
- Promotions
- Seasonal events
- Range changes
- Ensure availability-focused operations from supplier sourcing through to stores and our online platforms, delivering the best service for customers

Our ideal candidate will manage day-to-day supply operations and work across stakeholders to create efficiencies in procurement and delivery.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Retail experience or a comparable operational background
- Highly organised, with the ability to work at pace and use facts and data to make informed decisions
- Self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Process-focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Intermediate Excel skills — proficiency in:
- Pivot tables
- V-lookups
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in Supply or Supply Chain roles
- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI
