Supply Logistics Associate Specialist

Are you ready to play a vital role in supporting cutting-edge clinical trials? Join our dynamic logistics team as a Supply Logistics Associate Specialist and be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless supply of critical materials for global research initiatives. This position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful healthcare advancements while developing your expertise in clinical supply logistics.

This role involves executing key supply chain activities, including:

  • Receiving
  • Sampling
  • Warehousing
  • Picking
  • Checking
  • Packing
  • Shipping materials

Across various clinical supply sites. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence, ensuring business continuity and compliance with cGxP (Current Good [Manufacturing/Clinical] Practices) and EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) standards. Your efforts will directly support the production of materials that sustain vital clinical studies, making this position both challenging and rewarding.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of relevant technical systems such as PMD, Comet, and Modula
  • Proven ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer- and people-focused approach
  • Familiarity with cGxP compliance standards and safety protocols
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset, with aptitude to support system and supply chain troubleshooting

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting audits and audit readiness activities
  • Background in pharmaceutical or clinical supply chain environments
  • Prior involvement in process improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) requirements and best practices

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Relevant technical or operational qualification (e.g., in logistics, life sciences, or related fields)
  • Previous experience in a clinical or regulated environment is advantageous
  • Demonstrated track record of working within cross-functional team settings
