Sperry Marine are a global leader in the marine navigation systems industry, providing integrated technical solutions for the commercial sector.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Supply Planner. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are always in the right place at the right time, supporting us to deliver our future growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Planning: Manage in partnership with our manufacturers the scheduling, production and delivery of all required stock, on time and in full.
- Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance and identify any performance issues to rapidly improve.
- Supplier Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify end-to-end opportunities to drive change through the supply chain.
- KPI Management: To manage the supply chain activities to achieve success in all key performance indicators including customer and supplier OTIF, product availability, inventory health, stock write-off, and data accuracy.
- Risk Management: Deploy the strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
- Relationships: To collaborate with all departments across the business, especially warehouse operations, to ensure inbound deliveries are scheduled and reverse logistics activity is managed and coordinated efficiently and to budget.

About You
To excel in this role, you will need solid experience in supply chain, with strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. You will bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to drive improvement across a complex and fast-moving supply chain.
- Experience within supply chain, purchasing, or demand planning.
- Proven experience of supply chain best practice principles (including S&OP).
- The drive and ability to deliver change across end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Comfortable analyzing and manipulating data to support decision-making.
- Experience managing supplier performance and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (implementation experience is a plus).
- A team-focused, high-energy approach with a positive and growth-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
