Supply Chain Planner / Supply Planner

To ensure timely availability of products according to demand plans, generate and update supply plans based on the latest forecasts, production schedules, and supplier commitments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. demand planning, sales, production) to optimise stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and minimise shortages
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery dates, lead times, and order status while following up on any potential delays or issues
  • Support cost-efficiency initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimised sourcing and inventory management
  • Proactive risk management through data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in planning roles
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of planning, supply chain processes, and inventory management
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
