DCS Group is a leading UK manufacturer and supply-chain partner for fast-moving consumer goods. With more than 30 years of experience, the Group operates across sales and distribution, manufacturing, export and co-packing, working with market-leading brands and retailers in the UK and internationally.
We are looking for an experienced Supply Planning Manager to support the Head of Supply Chain and lead an integrated supply planning and Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process. You will align demand, supply and operational capacity while improving forecast accuracy, stock availability, productivity, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the S&OP process.
- Analyse demand, inventory, and supply data to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Manage forecasts covering promotions, seasonal peaks, new products, and obsolete SKUs.
- Monitor performance measures including OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory, and distribution costs.
- Resolve supply and demand issues with customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate planning across Sales, Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Lead and support the supply and demand planning teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

About You
You will have experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or S&OP, along with:
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Confident written and verbal communication.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
- A resilient, flexible, and customer-focused approach.
- The ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels.
- GCSE Mathematics and English, or equivalent.
