Supply Planning Systems Specialist / Super User (Interim Contract) | Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP | UK / Europe (Remote) | £150 - £315 per day DOE | Initial 6 Month Contract

I'm currently partnering with a globally recognised £multi-billion manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Supply Planning Systems Specialist / Key User to support a major European planning systems transformation programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of a large-scale planning systems rollout, supporting 12 manufacturing sites across Europe as they transition onto a new planning platform. You'll play a key role during the go-live phase before becoming the first point of contact for planning systems support, process improvement and best practice across the network.

This role would suit someone who enjoys improving planning processes, solving operational challenges and acting as the go-to expert for planning systems rather than carrying out day-to-day supply planning activities.

The Opportunity:

Working closely with Supply Planning, IT and operational stakeholders across Europe, you'll become the functional expert for planning systems, ensuring users are fully supported throughout implementation and beyond.

You'll help optimise planning performance through systems expertise, user support, master data governance and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting approximately 35 planning users across multiple manufacturing sites.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
