Supply & Service Manager

Location: Asda House

Employment Type: Full time

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours Per Week: 37.5

Salary: Competitive salary plus benefits

Category: IT Operations

Closing Date: 24 July 2026

We’re looking for a Service Manager to take ownership of our Blue Yonder Forecast & Fulfilment (F&F) service - a critical platform that underpins replenishment across our depots and stores. This is a high-impact role with the scope to shape how the service operates, influence strategy, and drive meaningful improvements. You’ll have the autonomy to embed best practice, enhance performance, and ensure the service evolves in line with business needs.

About the Role

As Service Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery, performance, and continual improvement of this critical service. You’ll play a central role in ensuring it consistently meets business requirements, customer expectations, and operational standards — balancing performance, cost, and risk. Working closely with portfolio service owners, support teams, vendors, and key stakeholders across our Supply Chain function, you’ll ensure the service is stable, optimised, and aligned with business priorities. You’ll also take a hands-on approach to developing your understanding of our supply chain operations, particularly the batch processes that underpin replenishment.

Please be advised that this position requires attendance at Asda House in Leeds for a minimum of three days per week. We’re really looking forward to having you around!

We welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time hours, flexible working arrangements, or job share opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
