Supply Teacher | Wirral
π Wirral π Ongoing Opportunities Available
The school knows exactly what it's looking for. A teacher who can walk into a classroom, establish expectations quickly and keep learning moving forward.
Milk Education is supporting a secondary school on the Wirral that requires dedicated Supply Teachers to provide regular cover across KS3 and KS4.

The school has a calm atmosphere, supportive leadership and a focus on creating positive learning experiences for students.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons.
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies.
- Providing continuity during teacher absence.
- Building rapport with students.
- Supporting learning across multiple departments.
- Maintaining clear communication with staff.
We're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous secondary classroom experience.
- Strong organisational skills.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
