Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Teach across a variety of subjects and year groups as required
- Deliver lessons using provided plans, adapting to meet student needs
- Create a focused and positive classroom atmosphere
- Manage behaviour effectively and confidently
- Work in partnership with colleagues to ensure continuity in learning
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management
- Can engage and motivate students of varying abilities
- Is organised, resilient, and able to respond to changing situations
- Takes a proactive and flexible approach to their work
- Is committed to safeguarding and professional development
