Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Teach across a variety of subjects and year groups as required
  • Deliver lessons using provided plans, adapting to meet student needs
  • Create a focused and positive classroom atmosphere
  • Manage behaviour effectively and confidently
  • Work in partnership with colleagues to ensure continuity in learning

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management
  • Can engage and motivate students of varying abilities
  • Is organised, resilient, and able to respond to changing situations
  • Takes a proactive and flexible approach to their work
  • Is committed to safeguarding and professional development
