The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across your specialist subject or year group.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Follow the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
- Ensure pupils remain engaged and continue to make progress during teacher absences.
Requirements
To be considered for this role of a Supply Teacher, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in UK schools.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A flexible, professional, and positive approach to teaching.
