Support Administrator (Part Time)
Location: Congleton

This role would suit candidates from any administrative, customer service, or operational support background. Candidates from any industry are encouraged. You will need to have strong PC skills, including experience working with Microsoft Excel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, verifying, processing, and quality-checking customer documentation generated by the engineering team.
The Support Administrator Role
- Processing customer documentation including calibration certificates and qualification testing reports
- Checking documentation for accuracy and identification of any errors
- Use of AI as a support tool to validate and identify errors in documentation
- Measure and track process efficiency
- Part-time hours
