The Role
We’re seeking a full-time Support Analyst to join our team. In this position, you’ll be a key player in client support, providing advice and technical solutions for:
- Your Applicant Tracking Software
- PageUp Clinch (our Recruitment Marketing SaaS product)
Location
Remote position, with occasional in-office time at our London office (travel reimbursed available).
Hours & Shift Pattern
- 3 weeks: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 1 week: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk requests via Zendesk
- Track and update issues
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure

Provide exceptional client service by:
- Taking ownership of their problems
- Following up proactively and communicating progress on time

Configure software changes for our bespoke applicant tracking software

Implement improvements to clients’ custom careers websites

Recommend process improvements and technical enhancements for:
- Internal workflows
- Client technical environments

Create and update technical documents and guides for:
- Internal colleagues
- External clients (regular basis)
Your Experience
Experience using Zendesk is helpful. However, candidates with experience using helpdesk/ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Jira, Salesforce) are also strongly welcomed.
Highly beneficial experience includes roles such as:
- SaaS support
- Customer service
- Client support
- Helpdesk or IT metallure guest.json.support
Preferred Soft Skills:
- A natural problem-solver with great attention to detail
- Thrives on excellent written & verbal communication
- Delivers client-centric service in a friendly yet professional manner
