Are you an experienced Support Analyst looking to make an impact in a fast paced, secure environment? This is your opportunity to join a 24/7 operational service supporting mission critical systems that help keep the UK safe. You’ll be part of a close knit team based in South Hampshire (Portsmouth area), working on site in a hands on support role where your decisions matter and your work directly contributes to national security. From managing incidents to supporting change activity, you’ll be central to keeping live systems running smoothly day and night. You’ll also have the chance to develop new skills, gain exposure to secure systems, and progress towards DV clearance. You will be based on site full time in the Portsmouth area with the expectation that you will travel for training for the 1st month fully expensed. You will also be required to work a shift pattern to support the 24/7operation. What you'll be doing:

· Managing incidents and service requests from logging through to resolution. · Investigating issues, completing root cause analysis and implementing solutions. · Prioritising workloads in line with SLAs. · Monitoring service performance and identifying improvements. · Supporting problem, request and change management processes. · Assisting with system testing, UAT and early life support activities. · Experience as a Support Analyst or Helpdesk Analyst. · Strong understanding of application support environments. · Good knowledge of ITIL principles and service management. · Experience managing incidents, requests and changes. · Ability to analyse issues and deliver practical solutions. · Strong partner engagement and communication skills.
