Due to continued expansion, we are seeking experienced Care & Support Workers to join our Supported Living Services in New Malden. We have multiple roles on both full-time and part-time bases, covering morning, evening, and night shifts.
We are looking for individuals with experience in Learning Disabilities and Mental Health, and those who possess:
- compassion
- high levels of empathy
- the ability to support vulnerable adults towards gaining independence
Ideal candidates include those who enjoy:

Key Features of the Role
- Supporting the Manager, Team Leader, and Senior Staff in the day-to-day operations of supported housing unit(s)
- Maximising Service User (SU) interests through stakeholder liaison and implementation of each SU’s support plan
- Safeguarding the rights and dignity of each SU
- Fostering a positive environment where SUs are actively engaged
- Conducting daily assessments of SUs’ mental and physical state, updating records, and informing management
- Supporting SUs to build their confidence, self-esteem, and ability to manage mental health symptoms
- Providing physical and mental support to SUs
- Promoting SUs’ health and assisting with accurate medication delivery
- Supporting SUs with:
- Developing social skills and investigating future independent living
- Daily living skills and domestic chores
- Maintaining the cleanliness, quality, security, and safety of homes and individual service user accommodation

Requirements & Application
If you have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in the care sector, especially in mental health or Learning Disabilities within care, we’d love to hear from you.
Roles are available on full-time or part-time basis across morning, evening, and night shifts.
