Support Assistant — Supported Living Services in INSERT LOCATION

We are seeking kind, caring, and dependable Support Assistants to join our Supported Living Services. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, covering morning, evening, and daytime shifts.

About the Role
- Provide person-centred support, tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.
- Help individuals develop daily living skills, build confidence, and engage with the community.
- Uphold dignity, independence, wellbeing, and safeguarding in all interactions.
- Work closely with the manager and wider team to deliver safe, reliable support.
- Monitor wellbeing, maintain accurate records, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Assist with medication administration, appointments, routines, household tasks, and maintaining a welcoming home environment.
- Contribute to positive outcomes, enabling each person to lead a fuller, more independent life.

Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
- Minimum one year of experience in care, preferably within supported living, learning disabilities, or mental health services.
- Or personal experience of caring for or supporting others.
- A genuine commitment to helping people live well and thrive.
