Support Assistant

Support Assistant – Supported Living Services

We’re looking for kind, caring, and dependable Support Assistants to join our Supported Living Services in the Redhill area. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, including morning, evening, and daytime shifts.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate, person-centred support, tailored to each individual’s unique needs and preferences. Key duties include:

    • Household tasks
    • Creating a welcoming and safe living environment
  • Fostering positive outcomes to help people enjoy greater independence and fulfilment

Requirements & Qualities

To thrive in this role, you will:

✅ Have at least one year’s experience in care, preferably within:

  • Supported living
  • Learning disabilities
  • Mental health services (personal care experience counts too!)

✅ Bring a genuine passion for helping people live well and with greater independence.

✅ Embody core values of empathy, reliability, and integrity.
