You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach An Enhanced DBS with barring list (don’t worry—we cover the cost). The practical bits Our service operates on a rota basis, but we believe in planning ahead to support work-life balance Your manager provides a full year’s rota in advance, giving you the ability to plan your personal life and stay organised throughout the year.
