Role overview:
You will be the first point of contact for patients, pharmacies, and clinics, efficiently handling orders and prescriptions from enquiry through to delivery. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, pharmacy support, and warehouse administration, so attention to detail, compliance, and a helpful attitude are essential.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple mailboxes, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Print, check, and log prescriptions in the script register with high attention to detail.
- Create and maintain accurate patient accounts, ensuring correct payment terms are applied.
- Contact patients to explain the service, confirm medication details, and arrange deliveries.
- Process prescriptions and customer orders to generate picking lists, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Support pharmacy operations with labelling, dispensing, and stock counts (training will be provided).
- Assist the warehouse team with picking, packing, and despatch as required.
- File recorded calls daily and complete end-of-day prescription reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and training records to ensure GDPR compliance at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (preferably in healthcare or pharmacy).
- Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths. NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistant or equivalent is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A polite, patient, and professional manner when dealing with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ability to work within GMP and GDP standards and follow internal SOPs.
- A team player who can multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: £24,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
